What can I say!!! Really professional and friendly company. From the day I ordered the Under The Sea assault course, the communication was great. I emailed them regarding something that I needed to clarify that I had previously forgotten to ask about, the response was very quick, I was very impressed. Everything went smoothly on the day of our Granddaughter’s party. Delivery and set up exceeded my expectations. My Granddaughter and her friends had the best time, they were beside themselves with excitement. It was a fab Under the Sea bouncy assault course and if you have the room to accommodate it, you will not be disappointed. The whole experience with Bump and Jump is 5 Star +++ If anyone is thinking of hiring Bump and Jump, do not hesitate to book a bouncy castle with this great company.I would not go anywhere else now. ~ Christine D

We hired a bouncy castle from Bump and Jump for two days and had a fantastic experience. The booking process was simple, and communication was clear and friendly throughout. The bouncy castle itself was brilliant—it had a slide, and we also had disco lights and a separate music box which made it extra fun for the kids. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and felt very safe, so we were completely at ease while they played. Delivery and setup were on time and handled professionally, and collection was quick and hassle-free. It kept the kids entertained for hours and was definitely the highlight of the event. I just wanted to leave a quick review for Bumb and Jump. I started looking for bouncy castles and run into their website online. I started checking their packages and book the “Toddler Package” which is a bouncy castle, a soft play and a ball pit. Great value for money. At first I was a bit skeptical because the booking process was so smooth and I thought it was too good to be truth lol. Then I called the phone number because I thought I booked the wrong thing but the gentleman confirmed that it was what I wanted. Paid the deposit and then one day before my son’s birthday I had an email come through just to follow up and make sure everything was going well. When they delivered, we made final payment and everything was set up nicely. Thank you so much for such a smooth process, for answering all my questions and queries and for making my son’s birthday super fun! ~ gio p

It’s always difficult choosing a company when you’re buying or booking something for the first time, and that’s exactly how I felt when I decided to hire a bouncy castle for my daughter’s birthday - until I came across Bump&Jump. The website was easy to navigate, with a great range of options, and their prices were the most competitive I found. A few days before the booking, the weather forecast wasn’t looking great (we had planned a garden party), so I emailed to ask about possibly changing the date. They were incredibly flexible and reassured me that this would be an option if needed. I also received a confirmation email the day before, clearly outlining the drop-off and collection times. On the day, they arrived exactly when expected, making the whole process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. I cannot and will not fault the service I received from Bump & Jump. I found them via google and called based on proximity of location. From my initial call to the entire process and of the day was so smooth and professional. They even took initiative to change the bouncy castle as the dimensions of the castle booked vs the height inside the venue didn't coincide so they still offered a castle within the specification however to fit the size as they were aware of the venue. I would of liked to have known of the change prior to being informed on the day but as it fitted the setting and the service was incredibly delightful, all was well. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone and will look to use them again in the future. * There is an additional "booking fee" of £20 charged when booking online, so it's not just the hire of the castle you will be paying for. The cost of the castle itself is what is shown online + £20 fee. ~ Eshani J

Absolutely amazing! First time I’ve ever hired a bouncy castle out and I was so unsure who to go with but these guys came highly recommended and were by far the best value! I got the bouncy castle and ball pit and it was a hit with all the children, the guys were so prompt and actually got to the venue before I did and had set up already for me and had it all down within 10 minutes (I had 30 minutes clean up time at the venue so I could not be more grateful for that!) they guys are so friendly and explained everything perfectly 100% will be using again and recommending to everyone ~ Megan B

Very polite and professional, yet friendly and personable. Worked with us to find a castle that fitted our space. Quick set up with no fuss, quick take down too. Very clean castle. Would 100% recommend and will definitely be going back for more bookings! Also their mascots are brilliant and professional, Mickey & Minnie came to wish my son a happy birthday and he loved them! We hired a castle for our sons birthday party and the whole process was hassle free and seamless from day one of putting our order in to the collection of the castle once the party had finished. The two guys that delivered/collected it were professional, approachable and very helpful. Would certainly use bump and jump again in the future and can’t recommend enough ! We hired a large ball pool from Bump & Jump for our son's 5th birthday party which the children absolutely loved. The service and communication was fantastic, the equipment was clean and delivery and pick up was punctual and easy. We highly recommend Bump & Jump to our friends and family and anyone looking to hire equipment for their child's party and will definitely be using them again for future birthday parties. We used bump and jump for my little boys 4th birthday, we had the party plus package which was amazing, something for children of all ages and was enjoyed by everyone! The staff arrived right when they said they would, talked us through health and safety which was a nice surprise and arrived promptly for the end of the party to pack up. After a recommendation from my sister in law, We used bump and jump last night for a party, we booked them last minute and they still managed to fulfill our needs and timings. Very friendly, they were there on time to drop the bouncy castle off, so easy to get booked in, hassle free. Great range of products at the best prices. The website was super easy to navigate and all the information about the bouncy castle sizes made it easy to choose the best one for our party. The team called ahead of delivery and were very efficient in setting up (within 5minutes of arriving). Me and my friends hired a bouncy castle just to keep the kids entertained for the day in the garden. The team at Bump & Jump were fantastic they were really friendly. I only ordered a Blue and Purple castle but when it was set up they asked the little ones if they would like some Minecraft stickers on there which made the kids happy 😊 would highly recommend Bump & Jump to my friends. ~ Kelly H

Bump & Jump have a huge variety of bouncy castles to suit all ages (inc adults!) and themes. They delivered and removed perfectly on time which was much needed as we only had 30mins either side of the party! Very quick work (maybe 10mins?) and quite affordable too. Quality bouncy castle and rollercoaster too (£130 total), the kids had a great time! ~ Helen D

We hired the Princess Bouncy Castle for our granddaughters 4th birthday. All the adult guests were very impressed and remarked what good value it was. Absolute heroes, friendly and helpful. We booked another firm for our charity party who just didn't show up. My son and all his friends and cousins had the BEST time on there.. they also come out before I booked to make sure it would fit because of awkward tree in the garden.
