What can I say!!! Really professional and friendly company. From the day I ordered the Under The Sea assault course, the communication was great. I emailed them regarding something that I needed to clarify that I had previously forgotten to ask about, the response was very quick, I was very impressed. Everything went smoothly on the day of our Granddaughter’s party. Delivery and set up exceeded my expectations. My Granddaughter and her friends had the best time, they were beside themselves with excitement. It was a fab Under the Sea bouncy assault course and if you have the room to accommodate it, you will not be disappointed. The whole experience with Bump and Jump is 5 Star +++ If anyone is thinking of hiring Bump and Jump, do not hesitate to book a bouncy castle with this great company.I would not go anywhere else now. ~ Christine D
I just wanted to leave a quick review for Bumb and Jump. I started looking for bouncy castles and run into their website online. I started checking their packages and book the “Toddler Package” which is a bouncy castle, a soft play and a ball pit. Great value for money. At first I was a bit skeptical because the booking process was so smooth and I thought it was too good to be truth lol. Then I called the phone number because I thought I booked the wrong thing but the gentleman confirmed that it was what I wanted. Paid the deposit and then one day before my son’s birthday I had an email come through just to follow up and make sure everything was going well. When they delivered, we made final payment and everything was set up nicely. Thank you so much for such a smooth process, for answering all my questions and queries and for making my son’s birthday super fun! ~ gio p
We hired a bouncy castle from Bump and Jump for two days and had a fantastic experience. The booking process was simple, and communication was clear and friendly throughout. The bouncy castle itself was brilliant—it had a slide, and we also had disco lights and a separate music box which made it extra fun for the kids. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and felt very safe, so we were completely at ease while they played. Delivery and setup were on time and handled professionally, and collection was quick and hassle-free. It kept the kids entertained for hours and was definitely the highlight of the event. Highly recommend Bump and Jump—great service and great fun. Would definitely use them again ~ Jane C
